More than 18 years within the NGOs where my competences include the Programs Management and operations with focus in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Administration in general and with extensive experience in procurement and e-procurement.

I have experience in project design and management; HR management strategy, especially in the personnel management component; practical knowledge of working with civil society organizations, providing training of CSOs in accountability and Participatory Governance tools.

I have two years of teaching Human Resource Management and Organizational Development subject.
