Family Advocate Intern – Field Practicum:  Assess clients’ needs and assist them in localizing resources in the community to ensure their immediate needs are met. Provide crisis intervention to the protective caregivers of children who have been victims of sexual, physical or emotional abuse, neglect, or witnesses to violent crime. Collaborate with in-house partners, law enforcement and the Department of Family and Protective Services, to best serve clients.
