Strong expertise and interest in programming roles; strategy development and planning, program design, implementation, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation - across emergency/ humanitarian, early recovery and development contexts. Education, early childhood care and development (ECCD), child protection, youth, coordination and partnerships management are the fields of my interest and expertise in conflict or natural disaster situations; for refugee, internally displaced persons and communities affected by the same. Having worked in different capacities, I have what it takes to build and lead an effective team in quality programming and effective advocacy work. I am a results driven team player, with strong analytical, strategy/program development and management capacity, innovative, able to prioritise, network and coordinate with stakeholders while empowering my team members with the required technical skills and knowledge.
