Relevant academic background : BA in molecular biology and MSc in agriculture and rural development;

24 years of professional experience in rural development, food security and natural resources management (ex: support to farmer organisation, to value chain development, innovative systems_Training, Resaerch_Extension), transition of food systems

Excellent knowledge of issues related to adaptation to climate change

 More than 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of public policies, programs, and projects for different institutions (European Commission _DG Agri and DEVCO_, UNDP, Aga Khan Foundation, etc.): Structuring of evaluation methodologies (theory of change, evaluation criteria, indicators, data sources), coordination of the expert teams involving national consultants, data collection and analysis, reporting, communication on the results in various workshops;

Extensive experience in formulating and managing development projects for a variety of donors (AFD, AECID, FFEM, Oxfam, ACF);

Solid research skills: design and implementation of research protocols, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis;
