I am a development, project management and capacity building consultant with experience with UNICEF Malawi, Hivos Foundation Malawi, the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, Economics Association of Malawi (ECAMA), Oxfam Malawi, USAID, GOPA Worldwide Consultants in German, Embassy of Ireland in Malawi, several European Union funded projects and the Malawi Government. 

My experience in consulting include developing Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks, Budget Analysis, End of Project Evaluation, Mid Term Reviews, development of the National Safe Schools Framework, conducting Baseline Surveys, developing Accountability/Results Frameworks and building capacity of different stakeholders in different disciplines.

I have also worked as a Budget Performance Analyst for the Malawi Office of the President and Cabinet.  Before that, I was M&E Manager overseeing 20 EU funded projects at the Ministry of Finance, and Economic Planning's National Authorizing Officer Support Unit (2007-2011). I started my career in 2002 as a Budget Officer at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in Malawi.
