4 years of experience of proven track record in EU rules and regulations with a strong emphasis in EU Financial, Administrative, and Procurement procedures.

Extensive experience in the project cycle: project identification, management, monitoring and evaluation/assessment;

Sound knowledge of EU contracting, managerial and financial procedures: management of supply and services and grant contracts in developing countries; drafting of terms of reference for technical assistance and audit programmes, contract management and conflict resolution.

Preparation of Technical and financial offers, including selection of team, preparation of the methodology drafting of the budget; programme budgets, budgetary forecast; processing;

Extensive experience in the implementation of World Bank’s projects and delivering sound financial reports.

Excellent knowledge of Actuarial methods such as the calculation and analysis of VaR, ALM methods, profit testing… and to generate different scenarios (stress test, benchmark scenario...) and finally to manage and minimize the risk.
