Monitoring and evaluation officer: Harmonisation of monitoring and reporting mechanisms, respecting the principles of the Human Rights-based approach and Results based Management. Coordination of the monitoring and reporting process of the 67 projects financed in the region. Advice and support from CSO managers on the implementation of their projects, according to the rules and deadlines set out in the grant agreements. Coordinate with M&E colleagues and other units, in order to ensure the flow of information and reports in compliance with the deadlines and to align messaging, activities and ensure donor requirements are met. Design of an M&E system for monitoring CSO grantees in the region, reporting back to national headquarters and informed decision making.
