I am MEAL specialist wiith more than 10 year of experience within the humanitarian sector. My exeperince in  project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) is embeded within the following thematic areas, HIV and AIDS, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Health, Education, Advocacy, Gender, Child Protection, Livelihoods and Food Security programming. Over the years I have set up and managed MEAL systems, developed tools, capacity developing on partners and local authorities as well as government departments and also coordinated M&E activities for several international organizations. I also have sound background working with data bases and have also led in baseline surveys and well as project evaluations. My expertise in monitoring and evaluation is also deep rooted in data analysis, knowledge management, evidence, learning and report writing.

I have also led in training on key aspects on project monitoring and evaluation to project staff to enhance on quality and also led from a monitoring and evaluation perspective on the development of project indicators.
