The expert is actively engaged in sectors critical to international development, such as Rural Development, Environment & Natural Resource Management, Food Security, Industry, Commerce & Services, Poverty Reduction, SME & Private Sector, and Agriculture. Their project experience spans both local and international initiatives, exemplified by their leadership roles and collaborative projects with international funding organizations like GIZ and World Vision.

Serving as a Wood Value Chain Economy Expert with GIZ (German cooperation), the expert provides overall leadership in modernizing the wood sector to enhance Rwanda's industrial value chain, aligning with the Government's "Made in Rwanda" initiative. They are responsible for strategic intervention in support of the wood and forestry economy, strengthening connections among public, private, and cooperative sectors, and encouraging sustainable resource management.

Previously, as a Forest Development Facilitator with World Vision, the expert managed a 100-hectare restoration program and strengthened the sustainable management capacities of households and cooperatives. In Uganda, they contributed as a Soil Conservation Consultant with Welthungerhilfe (German Agro Action), combining technical advice with community mobilization strategies to enhance soil and water conservation in vulnerable communities.

The expert's technical skill set is comprehensive and multifaceted. They possess strong capabilities in Project Design, management Monitoring and Evaluation, and substantial expertise in private sector development, economy sector development, and Business development. Additionally, their skills incorporate value chain development, food security enhancement, cooperatives' capacity building, agriculture project oversight, and technical knowledge in climate change adaptation and mitigation. Notably adept in utilizing standard and advanced software tools like Microsoft Office Suite and SPSS, the expert also holds professional certifications in climate change, project management, and security management.
