Searching for new opportunities in Lilongwe or remotely within human rights projects, including child's rights, human resources, or project management. I have a master's degree in human resource management from the University of Liverpool and strong experience in human resource consultation, education, and child's rights. During the last few years, I've managed to develop the HR services at PwC Finland using my business development knowledge and human resources expertise; led recruitment processes; developed ESG services for PwC Finland; and executed DEI strategies for the internal firm services at PwC Finland.  I work best with other people as part of a team, but I have proved that I can also easily take the team leading role as I like taking responsibility. I speak fluently Finnish, Swedish English, and Spanish on an assisting level.
