Operations Manager:
- 1 st contact point for Managing Director on business issues.
- Responsibility for contract control.
- Responsible for collation and presentation of all business cases.
- Ensure cost modules are current and cost effective.
- Full understanding of Business opportunities.
- Proactively look at ways to improve how we do business.
- Forecast and manage risk.
- Project manage existing and new business.
- Provide reporting to Managing Director timely basis as per schedule and as may be reasonably requested.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Ensure good and regular communications with the customer in order that their requirements are understood and complied with.
- Ensure that all members of the Project team comply with company procedures so that the works are carried out in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on site.
- Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget to meet companies it’s objectives.
- Provide forecasts of revenue, cash flow, cost, margin and resources for the area of responsibility for planning and forecasting purposes.
- Ensure that the quality of work provided by the Project team is to the required standards so that the professional image of the company is maintained.
- Responsible for local resource management to ensure objectives and budgets are met.
- Communicate the company goals/requirements to the Project teams.
- Support, develop, motivate and direct staff within the Project teams.
- Manage and control the Supply Chain process.
- Need to comply with the SHEQ Management.
