Ensuring joint coordination of multisectoral health programs in response to the complex humanitarian crisis in the country (EPI_Measles Project/Primary Health Care/HIV/AID/Malaria/Sexual and Reproductive Health Program in 80 IDP’s sites in 4 Health Districts and in 4 General District Hospitals and ready emergency response projects-Covid-19(Covid-19 Treatment Center (CTCO) in the province of Ituri/Bunia/Democratic Republic of Congo. Specifically, providing multifaceted technical support in the following areas:
• Governance/leadership and management: supporting beneficiary health facilities to develop integrated costed work plans to guide the execution of projects/programme interventions accordingly to strengthen public health performance indicators;
• Financial management: supporting beneficiary health facilities to properly plan the implementation projects budgets based on results/performances;
• Supportive supervision: supporting the beneficiary health facilities to implementation of effective supportive supervision to improve service delivery quality;
• Projetc/Program data management: supporting beneficiary health to develop and track appropriate project/program indicators to orient decision-making and accountability;
• Logistics and procurement: supporting the health facilities to cost-effectively and accountability procure key logistics inputs, overseing the management of cold chain.
