Preparation and Supervision/Monitoring of the compliances of ESMF, ESCP, SEP, SEAs, IEE/EIA/ESIA/EMPs/ESMPs, OHS Plans, cumulative impact assessment (CIA), and Semi-annual Environmental Monitoring Reports (SAEMRs) on infrastructure projects. Contributed in the preparation of tender, RFP documents and ensured that that all the environmental mitigation measures required to be implemented are incorporated into the contract documents.

Carried out screening and scoping for the ESIA studies and E&S risk assessment/categorization and management and preparation of E&S Due Diligence Reports (DDRs) for Water resources, Hydropower, Public Health, Road, and Railway projects in accordance with internationally acceptable environmental assessment guidelines and social safeguard policies of the ADB’s SPS 2009, World Bank Safeguard Policies including WB ESF-ESSs, IFC EHS Guidelines and IFC Performance Standards. Prepared, reviewed & supervised the Contractor’s Site Specific Environmental Management Plans (SSEMPs).

Conducted and supervised seasonal baseline ecological surveys, Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP), assessment of Conservation Status of Key Biodiversity in line with IUCN Redlist, Birdlife International, Critical Habitats and Biodiversity assessment by applying Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tools (IBAT).

As a business unit head of Engineering Consultancy Firm, remained involved in the business development activities for the preparation of Tenders in the field of engineering services like: supervision-design-technical assistance, for projects financed by IFIs and under FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
