•Twelve (12) years’ experience in the humanitarian aid and development sector.
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and demonstrated ability in using these to foster good working relations with staff, implementing partners, donors, and government representatives.
•Experienced in project management, including project design, budget preparation, expenditure tracking, monitoring, and evaluation, reporting for USAID, BMZ, KfW, AA, GIZ, ECHO, EU, and WFP.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint computer application packages.
•Self-motivated and assertive.
•Time management and leadership skills.
•Proven ability to work independently.
•Willing and open to learning new skills.
