30 years experience in development cooperation in the Asian and Pacific regions working on poverty reduction, social inclusion, gender equality and womens empowerment, and human rights as a cross-cutting approach;

Expertise in conducting evaluations and reviews of multi-country/country programmes and projects related to the above themes and in Delivering as One UN-related processes;

Expertise in stakeholder consultations, social impact assessments and mainstreaming social inclusion, gender equality and human rights development approaches;

Expertise in the design, monitoring and management of capacity development programmes/projects addressing poverty reduction, gender equality and the socio-economic inclusion of marginalised groups (the poorest/poor, women and youth, indigenous peoples);

Management experience in leading a multicultural team of professionals and support staff with strong teamwork and to successfully reach programme targets and objectives;

Advocating and fund-raising for programmes and projects in the above substantive areas with matching representative abilities.
