Legal Assistant to the Legal Affairs Unit – Eurojust:

Being in charge of PAD requests under the regime of Regulation 1049/2001: registration of requests, liaison with relevant parties within the organisation, drafting legal analysis on potential exceptions to release, reply to the applicant. Maintain record of requests and provide report on it.

Being part of a Working Group developing internal policy in relation to PAD requests: my contribution is twofold: I am assisting colleagues in drafting meanwhile I also contribute with my experience as an NDA.

Working on the Anti-fraud risk assessment 2021: conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection within the organisation, compiling data and contribute in the analysis;

Contributing in external audit procedures;

Drafting other internal decisions, policies, guidelines and workflows;

Assisting colleagues by conducting research in Staff Regulation concerning individual complaints, cases;

Managing knowledge base within the Unit, clean up, maintain a clear structure and keep it up to date.
