Key Qualifications:

+ 10 years of professional experience, especially within development and humanitarian organizations;

Skilled facilitator with different internal/external experiences – more recently: International Conference on “Coordination in Emergencies” (ISCTE).

Acquainted with Project Cycle Management – wide experience in proposal writing, opening and closure of interventions (emergency included); Wide hands-on experience with security and incident management in conflict regions / High Insecure Contexts / Emergency ;

Strong leadership skills with broad experience in managing teams and people – coupled with mentoring and coaching experience;

Experienced negotiator with solid communication skills - actors at different levels (governmental, armed groups – army and militias, local, traditional, etc.);

Qualified Mentor and Coach – integrating MSF pool of Mentors & Coaches to support staff/teams;
