I have 15 years of varied experience in development sector, majorly with community engagement, planning and Implementation. I started my carrier in 2005 with Polio – Under WHO-National Polio Surveillance Project then switch to “RMNCH” project in 2007 with UNICEF-UP under DHNRC Project. Since 2009 I am associated with Tuberculosis (TB). In TB I started my work with TB Jump start ACSM Project funded by USAID/World-Vision India in Bihar followed by AXSHYA project in Bihar. For short stint I worked with BMGF funded “ANANYA and PPIA” project in Bihar then move to Haryana and Punjab again under AXSHYA. Presently I am associated with FIND-India under Joint Efforts for Elimination of Tuberculosis (JEET) project.
