About
I am a bilingual (French and English) agronomy and climate researcher with over five years of experience in agriculture, climate resilience, and program management across Africa. My expertise includes project coordination, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), with a strong focus on climate-smart agriculture, policy analysis, and sustainable development.
As a consultant with Sustainable Solutions for Africa (SSA), I conducted climate modeling studies across Eswatini, Zambia, the Central African Republic, and Sudan, producing technical reports on climate change impacts on agriculture. I also facilitated policy dialogues in Liberia, Eswatini, Madagascar, and the Democratic Republic of Congo to enhance stakeholder engagement in climate adaptation strategies. Additionally, I led training of trainers (ToT) sessions in Madagascar, Benin, and Gabon under the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness Program, equipping government agencies and community-based organizations with skills in climate risk assessment and project proposal development.
Beyond climate adaptation, I have extensive experience in project monitoring and evaluation. As a consultant with BICM, I developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and align projects with strategic objectives. I contributed to the performance assessment of the Civil Society Alliance for Scaling Up Nutrition in Benin (SUN-CSO Alliance), integrating participatory methodologies to enhance institutional capacity. I also supported the coordination, data collection and reporting for the GIZ PRO-EDUC project, providing key insights for performance indicators in education enhancement.
My role in stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing includes leading the integration of international recruits into project teams at BICM, ensuring cross-cultural collaboration and effective teamwork. I also organized workshops and learning sessions, including coordinating the Rapid Impact Study on COVID-19 for ICCO Cooperation, analyzing data from six countries to assess the pandemic’s effects on smallholder farmers.
I am skilled in data analysis, GIS tools, and statistical software (R, STATA, Excel), allowing me to conduct robust quantitative and qualitative research. Additionally, I have authored and co-authored peer-reviewed scientific publications and technical reports on climate-smart agriculture, food security, and policy recommendations.
With a strong background in climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and program management, I am committed to developing evidence-based solutions that empower communities, improve food security, and support climate-adaptive agricultural systems across Africa.
