Director of Climate Programs:

• Established the organization’s climate unit division and successfully developed & negotiated funding for projects worth more than USD 100,000 within 5 months

• Engineered the Indonesia Net-Zero Summit to push for more ambitious net-zero timeline, hosting 153 environmental organizations and attended by the Minister of National Development Planning to debut the country’s first net-zero model by 2045

• Spearheaded and advocated for the campaign for Indonesia net-zero by 2050 through successful gathering of more than 20,000 petition signatures & coalition-building of 23 action partners, as covered by press including Climate Home News UK, South China Morning Post, CNN, the Jakarta Post

• Executed high-level dialogues on climate-related topics with public figures such as COP26 President Alok Sharma, WRI President Andrew Steer, UN High Level Climate Action Champion Nigel Topping Associate – Research & Analysis 5/2020 – present

• Co-led public opinion research project on ASEAN-China economic, political, security, and social relations for the China Mission to ASEAN involving 1000 Southeast Asian, results were supplied for the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in preparation for the ASEAN-China Summit in 2020

• Selected out of 200 competing research proposals to author a policy discussion paper on Southeast Asian countries COVID- 19 pandemic cooperation, for the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia

• Led a team of 10 in strategic engagement and communication efforts for Indonesia’s premier conference on ‘Rebuilding from the COVID-19 World’ and successfully secured the participation of the President of Republic of Indonesia, 7 sitting foreign ministers (China, Indonesia, Australia, EU, Russia, India, South Africa), and 4 leaderships of international organizations (World Bank, WHO, AIIB, ADB)

• Develops various research products such as memos, reports, and backgrounders on environmental, economic, and political topics in Indonesia, China, US, and Southeast Asia for media interviews, press releases and speaking engagements.
