Key qualifications:

Over 15 years project development and management experience in social and economic development and local governance projects in Nigeria

Substantial experience working in Peace & Security sector and in conflict areas

Significant experience of conducting trainings, workshops and outreach activities among different target groups.

Expertise in personnel and office management

Experience working in collaboration with Government agencies (MOWA & SW, MOH, MLG & MBEP, FMoF,FMo&RD) and other donors/projects

Over 15 years’ involvement in programmes implemented through NSA/CSOs (Non State Actors) or where NSAs were local stakeholders.

Extensive knowledge of the range of NSAs operating in Nigeria and the socio-political role that NSAs play.

Experience of capacity building for NSAs and community based organisations

Expertise in designing and implementing outreach activities

Substantial experience in agricultural value chain projects and M4P experience in the agricultural sector

Ability to identify successes, impacts and lessons, document and disseminate them

Substantial experience of donor procedures for, UN, World Bank, USAID, DFID, EU and GIZ

Strong foundation in financial and personnel management.
