I am a Master of Professional Accounting graduate with an IT background looking to consolidate my computer and customer management skills with my accounting knowledge and apply this into practice for an organization. I have developed a passion to work in corporate accounting and auditing with specific interest in preparation of timely financial reports, budgetary forecasts and reviewing control processes. I am self-driven, efficient and have strong communication skills that enable me to work well in a team.

Skills and Attributes

Familiarity with Xero accounting software application (Tax practice manager, generating financial statements, fixed assets registry).

Familiarity with MYOB and able to generate invoices, general ledger, reconciliations and AR/AP from my university projects.

Intermediate competency with Microsoft Excel (creating spread sheets, processing data, formulas and data analysis) gained from work experience and formal study.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Access) gained from both work and university.

Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and colleagues, gained from previous work experiences.

Good organizational skills, goal oriented and committed to process with strong attention to detail.
