Description: Management: Dr. Catinis demonstrated his management skills over his different management positions he occupied for more than 12 years. Dr. Catinis managed large projects in MEDA/ENPI programs such as the Institutional and Sector Modernisation Facility (ISMF), the largest EU support programme to Syria (5 years and over 20,000 man/days of international and local experts), and the Restructuring, Process Simplification and Computerisation in the Municipality of Damascus and the implementation of the Citizen Service Centres (3 years and over 40 team members) in addition to more than 5 years in managing computerisation and modernisation projects in public and private sectors. Dr. Catinis completed his mission as Team Leader of the project "Technical Assistance to the Administrative Simplification in selected ministries in Lebanon." Regulatory and Administrative Reform and Process Modelling and Simplification: Dr. Catinis participated in many administrative reform projects such as Process Modelling and Re-engineering, Simplification of Procedure, Strategic Planning, Regulatory Reform, Capacity Building, Awareness Raising, Restructuring and implementation of new procedures.
