Mojisola Akpojiyovbi is a public policy expert with extensive experience in public sector development. She consults on donor funded projects in advisory capacity and is recognised for her expertise in Institutional Development and Value Chain and Inclusive Markets Development. She provides technical support to Federal and State Government for institutional development and reforms and has been responsible for managing donor funded projects including the DFID funded Economic Management and Capacity Project. She has worked on private sector interventions for the development of Nigeria’s Cocoa Value Chain through the USAID NEXTT (Nigeria Extended Trade and Transport) Project and provides continued support to the Agribusiness Department of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

She currently oversees Research and Programme Development at the CPPA (Centre for Public Policy Alternatives) with specific focus on Political Economic Analysis. She also provides technical advice for development of farmers institutions at 4 irrigation sites and supports the project to design strategies for establishing farm management centres as social enterprises.
