Local levels implemented in many institutions belonging to different Ministries running VET systems and LM employment services. Well informed of creating partnership between enterprises of different sizes, business association and unions and VET providers, both public and private institutions, experienced in capacity development of VET institutes and TSS, both staff and management.
Knowledgeable of the structure of the basic education system in Syria and Egypt
