·       A results-driven international value chain development and agribusiness specialist with over 15 years of working experience, including 9 years in the cocoa sector in Ghana, with a commitment to sustainably improving the planet and the lives of people.

·       Proficient in project management, with a track record of initiating and executing projects from inception to completion, coupled with project management training certificates. Full familiarity with PRINCE2 and PDCA.

·       Widely experienced in programmatic strategic planning, including contribution to programs like the Farmer Focused Transformation and Acting Now for Food Security and Nutrition programs in Ghana.

·       Cocoa, Shea and Cashew value chain expert, having previously worked on value chain development initiatives; adept at initiating and managing innovative chain processes and projects, analyzing the sustainability and resilience of value chains, and designing new business models for value chain actors.

·       Recognized as a Master Trainer according to Agriterra standards, delivering diverse training and capacity-building sessions to colleagues, partners, and farmers; experience providing advisory services to farmer-led agribusinesses.

·       Passionate about Gender, Youth, and Social Inclusion (GYSI); dedicated to women’s empowerment, delivering female leadership courses and budgeting training directly to women.

·       Proficient in proposal development and a track record of successfully securing project funding from various donors.

·       Seasoned in advocacy, with a track record of developing comprehensive advocacy strategies and participating in initiatives such as the Human Empowerment and Leadership Program for girls.
