Grant Finance Manager
Coordinate the day-to-day financial operations of Global Fund Grant Project.
Coordinate the day-to-day Admin operations of the Global Fund project.
Follow Plan financial policies and procedures, budget, cash forecasting and project cost control requirements in an efficient manner.
Ensure all internal and external Project reports, coordinate accounting business processes and ensures compliance to approved policies.
Ensure all Grants Information is accurately captured in SAP ( FAD, POs, Expenditure).
Prepare and facilitate audit according to Plan and donor requirements as scheduled.
Coordinate the closure of the Old grant and ensure all financial reports and assets are submitted on time.
Ensure Partner Capacity assessment is done before funds are disbursed to partners.
Mentor and supervise all Global Fund Project Finance and Admin staff.
Ensure all procurement and done based on Plan Policies and procedures.
