• Over 30 years of professional experience in Turkey in the areas of health and training.
• Proven adult training experience for over 15 years including planning, implementation, and evaluation of in-service trainings for Ministry of Health;
• Extensive experience in organization of trainings, organizing meetings and workshops for Ministry of Health General Directorate of Health Information Systems;
• Over 20 years of experience in adult training in the health field;
• Over 10 years of management experience in delivering training need analysis, managing trainings, designing strategic plans, preparing project reports, internal control and information security in the field of health;
• Experienced in EU funded projects such as "Toy Library" and "Obesity is not destiny!" as manager and trainer;
• Knowledge of project management cycle gained through her experience in EU funded projects;
• Solid knowledge on healthcare legislation;
• Working as Trainer of trainers in adolescent sexual and reproductive health project;
• Strong reporting skills through working as a consultant for Ministry of Health;
• Experienced in designing and coordinating workshops in the field of health;
• Her experience includes representing the Ministry of Health at the Information Security Congress in Singapore; Group of Paris "Fighting Drugs" in Pompei; Mothers and Infant Death Statistics study, which is a joint study of Ministry of Health and TUIK; and Strategic Planning work at the World Health Organization in Copenhagen;

• Family economy ( production of traditional Turkish presents and accessories, paintings, sewing clothes, glass colouring, canvas, etc. for income generation);
• Pre and Post Pregnancy health care, Training on Supporting needs of mothers and baby and training mothers on (baby massage, nutrition, communication, hygiene);
• Tranings for health personnel providing health services to Syrians.
