I have proven experience in Project management, program Implementation, planning, coordination, designing, budgeting, financial control, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; I have also working experience in Government relation, maintain communication, liaison with all level stakeholders, staff management, capacity building, supervision, mentoring, coaching for effective performances to implement the project; I have also experience to manage USAID and Feed the Future (FtF) donor programming, in addition I have to manage different donor like WV International, Global Fund, and UNICEF. I have Experience to work in private sector development program focused on agriculture & livestock market systems, food security, livelihood & nutrition intervention, IGA and small business management activity. I am experienced in partnership management, collaboration and coordination with LGI, private sectors, and other development organizations at district level; I have knowledge on value chain selection, mapping, market analysis, intervention design and action plan development, implementation planning, monitoring & reporting. Also experienced to led and act as a focal point for activity partnership, partnership identification. I am experienced to facilitating linkages between partners, farmers and business development services and access to finance opportunities. Having experience to serve instrumental role of facilitating co-creation with activity partners in order to identify and assess growth opportunities and underlying problems and develop innovative strategies. I have experience to facilitate activity strategies with key market actors in selected agricultural value chains through an end market approach and work closely with key market actors and provide technical support to target stakeholders to accomplish sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
