I have over seven years of experience in International Development and Humanitarian Aid. I have been workiong as researcher and MEL – monitoring, evaluation and learning - officer for the past five years in a great number of countries in Sud-Saharian Africa and Asia, particularly in Ethiopia where I was baseline researcher in REALISE project (WCDI - WUR). I have experience in both quantitative (using STATA and SPSS) and qualitative methodologies. I also work intensively on data visualization (Excel and PowerBI) and I have five years of experience in facilitating sessions in different courses for mid-career and professional officers. I am passionate about livelihoods, food and seed security and intra-household relations in rural areas. I am also convinced supporter of social change based on reflection and learnings.
