Doctor Kablan Prao Raimond, MD, MPH is a Public Health specialist with 15 years of experience in coordination, planning, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation in West Africa and in Côte d’Ivoire. He worked closely with the programs and directorates from the Ministries of Health and Social Affairs, as well as with civil society organizations and other technical and financial partners. Dr Kablan is working currently with the Global Fund as international consultant to provide technical support to the Ministry of Health in Niger to strengthen their health system, to implement differentiated HIV services deliveries, to assess the national HIV strategic plan and elaborate the funding request for the Global Fund 2024-2026. Before joining Niger, he was Associate Director (technical) for the EpiC project in Côte d’Ivoire implemented by FHI360, funded by USAID/PEPFAR. He provided technical oversight for the EpiC project in Cote d’Ivoire. He oversees planning, implementation, coordination for achieving program objectives. He has over 15 years of experience in project management. He has led monitoring and evaluation of health programs and projects funded by the CDC/PEPFAR. He is specializing in communicable and non-communicable diseases, family planning and reproductive health programs management, social marketing, social behavior change communication and community mobilization, capacity building of community-based organizations, and health system financing. He has also an expertise on health system strengthening. During the past ten years, his duties were focused on Key Populations and priorities populations. Before joining FHI 360 in 2013, he worked with the Ministry of Health of Côte d’Ivoire as deputy coordinator in charge of HIV/AIDS program for key populations and priorities populations.
