Olushola is a resourceful self-motivated development consultant and strong competence in project management, project monitoring and evaluation, project finance management, capacity building and training facilitation, business development service provision, and research.

 I have over the years developed, implemented and managed projects for international development organizations including the World Bank Group, USAID, and DFID UK. I have over eighteen years experience, ten of which is in development and management consulting, I am presently with Quick Projects Limited, a fast-growing enterprise development service and management consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria

I presently provide leadership and direction for the project management services of the firm, handling business development, project planning and implementation, project accounting and reporting.

I have planned and led various consulting assignments including agricultural value chain development projects for various clients which produced desired project outcomes and contributed to overall program goals.

I am a PMI certified Project Management Profession (PMP), a DPro certified project manager, and hold a master of business administration from Caleb University, Lagos. I also hold a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Calabar. I am also a qualified chartered accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

 My training and experiences provide me with the requisite capacity to understand and handle various aspect of the project life cycle.

I have good communication skills and can effectively relay my thoughts and ideas unambiguously. I produce quality reports and my rural mobilization, negotiating skills information management and advisory skills are quite commendable.

 I work very well with little supervision, both independently and within a team. My ability to work well within a team is reflected in my current role where I work effectively with stakeholders of diverse disciplines and business/functions on different projects.

 I plan and schedule my work systematically, to ensure outlined tasks meet all requirements, and I am able to effectively multi-task both at work and leisure.
