Responsibilities:

Controlling and supervise department’s members

arrange departmental meetings and assign specific duties

meetting with upper management or top executives to discuss financial statements and departmental concerns

preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual plans in compliance with the general plan in order to achieve the required goals and objectives.

Arranging and registration of the national and international construction companies in the central Data-Base of the organization in order to invite them for the bidding’s proceedings.

Arranging and preparation of the proposals and official letters of the construction and consultancy projects in order to accelerate the required further processes.

Preparation of the construction and consultancy procurement documents in compliance with the Afghanistan Public Procurement Law for the purpose of granting of contracts.

Using the NPA official website when and as required.

Preparation of the award notice and dispatching of the same to the related entities prior to awarding of the contract.

preparation of my weekly, monthly and quarterly accomplishments reports and submission of the same to the respected authorities and supervisors on the due dates.

Performing any other duty as and when assigned by the officials and authorities.
