Mitigation of risk.
Audit and Compliance Risk Coordinator for Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda – CMAAudits.
Assessment and developing new procedures to ensure risk is kept to minimum.
Implement procedures, train personnel, and ensure compliance with Group standards.
Ensure due diligence has been carried out to protect the interest of the group.
Ensure all sites are within our risk exposure limit.
Preparation of monthly reconciliations, on stocks in facilities.
Solving claims and related issues.
Ensure daily reporting to financial institutions are accurate and on time.
Minimize risk and loss exposure by procedure introduction, training and audits.
Ensure that each facility is audited at least every month to ensure risk exposure is kept within bounds.
Ensure facilities and personnel comply with basic health and safety standards as well as security procedures.
Daily visits to all facilities ensuring all in order.
Daily quantification of all commodities and reporting to the correct parties.
Ensure that the operational budget of each affiliate are sign off and approve and ensure that this budget will be adhered to and ready for periodic re-visits by management.
Keep all costs as low as possible without jeopardizing operational needs and work flow.
Develop strategies to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
Develop procedures, and introduce these procedures to all personnel and operations.
Ensure correct placements, replacement and correct procedural following.
Personnel sound and performance.
Ensure all contracts in place.
