I am a self-motivated, committed and reliable person, a holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a degree in Development Studies with over 15 years Humanitarian working experiences. Worked in emergency and post conflict recoveries (Refugees, IDPS and Covid-19 response) in both Uganda, South Sudan, Kenya and Zimbabwe respectively in the field of; Camp management, Child protection, GBV, Social Accountability, Peace building, Education (Adult Literacy, ECD, Accelerated Education Programme), inclusion and disability, WASH and Livelihood programs.

Experienced in managing large, multi-thematic and multi-location programs in project planning, budget management, monitoring and Evaluation, Proposal development and Donor reporting. Strong in lobbying, advocacy, team building& leadership, staff mentorship and coaching, networking and collaboration with both civil society and government line Ministries. I have history of success implementing pilot and medium term donor funded programs from donors like UNICEF, DANIDA, UNHCR, Oxfam Novib, DFID, Comic Relief, NORAD, Master Card Foundation and USAID among the few supporting out of school refugees and host communities, pastoralist, Adolescents and Youths (Child soldiers and street kids), Girls Child, women and the Elderly. Extensively worked with people from different socio-cultural background in Africa, Europe, and Asian countries. Am flexible, able to replicate and apply diverse previous experience gained to ensure project success with minimum supervision. Conversant in applying Right Base Approach, PSEA, CHS, SPHERE, INEE, EMAP, PLA/PRA and AGD approaches in programming, fluent in English, Luo and basic Kiswahili.
