About

I have over 22 years of work experiences in Cambodia. With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from ST Clements University T&C, Master of Science (Msc.) in Rural Development from the International University and a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) in Animal Health and Production from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). I have long-term employment with the Cambodian Center for Study and Development in Agriculture (CEDAC), Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), Winrock International, Demand For Good Government (DFGG) of World Bank, Trade Development Support Program (TDSP) of World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), GEF, UNDP, UNFPA, FAO, and USAID. I have a broad experience with:

  • Grant and program management, and organizational management.
  • Program reviews and evaluations of agriculture, rural development, research and policy development, climate change and natural resources management, subnational democratic development for the UNDP, EU, NCDD-S, World Bank, USAID, ADB, GEF, UNICEF, LNGOs and INGOs.
  • Experience in agricultural value chain development and management (e.g. designing of Cambodia horticulture, fisheries, and rice value chain program of USAID, designing of climate change resilience livelihood program of UNDP with US$ 11 millions, Save the Children International – Cambodia with US$ 3.85 millions;
  • Program/project development, management, monitoring and evaluation.
