Qualified IESL registered Engineer seeking a job in the humanitarian field with almost 20 years of national & international professional experience in different sectors especially in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene promotion, Public health, Shelter & Construction, Livelihood , NFIs distribution and Project Management ; the experiences gained given me to explore my knowledge more and utilizes to serve vulnerable communities around the world.

Key Competencies

Management of Water, Sanitation, hygiene promotion, Public Health, Shelter, Irrigation, Construction, NFRI & livelihood programs including coordination with all stakeholders and Donors.

Implementation and management projects through the partners, Government partners, contractors and staffs.

Develop strategy, technical guidelines and designs for emergency, recovery/ resettlement and development projects with cluster partners and Government counterparts.

Undertake baseline survey , feasibility studies, pre/post KAP/Sanitary surveys, as means of getting baselines data’s and evaluating people’s health status and behavioral changes.

Introduced and managed cost-effective manual borehole drilling, solar motorized water supply schemes, solid waste management and disposal facilities and household latrines construction

Train the staffs, volunteer and partner on program and program support functions.

Compiling progress, monthly, quarterly, and financial reports and share with supervisor, head office & Donors.

Good experience in managing people, budget, office, physical resources and liaison with government officials, UN and bilateral aid organizations.
