Key qualifications:

• 18-year experience in investment attraction, preparation of investment projects, export promotion, local economic development, working with international partners and donors, practical use of the mechanisms/tools of international technical assistance to Ukraine, conducting negotiations. Introduction of “Eastern Partnership” Initiative components in the Crimea;
• Experience in organizing/coordination and participation in investment and  trade fairs, forums, presentations, exhibitions and other promo-events at national and international levels; conducting negotiations with different stakeholders.
• Over 10 years of experience with EU and German technical assistance projects/programmes (advisory, networking, planning, budgeting, implementation, coordination, control, bookkeeping and reporting ect.). More than 30 contracts on the local economic development - grant support (NGOs, SMEs, Chambers of Commerce and Industry) - were successfully implemented; local economic development instruments in 5 pilot towns, 4 rural districts was coordinated and supported. Interregional business cooperation network was set up. Capacity development measures for more than 112 Ukrainian municipalities were worked out and implemented via LED plans successfully.
• Ability to provide advisory services at different levels (local/municipal, regional, ministerial) and for the different stakeholders/partners.
• Excellent knowledge of EU regulations and Ukrainian business/donor procedures, ability to work with different stakeholders and different tasks, ability to represent company/programme at different levels.
• Excellent knowledge of local economy, markets, political environment, non-governmental sector and peculiarities of economic/business and civil development/actual reforms in Ukraine;
• Ability to take decisions and responsibility in changing/ multi-partner environment, coordination of the support actions for more than 190 partners – LAs; elaboration and supervision of the grant projects.
•  Extensive network of good business/expert and personal contacts at different levels in Ukraine and other countries.
• Stress tolerance, flexibility to business trips and work in regions.
