Jean-Lambert Mandjo is a Senior Public Health Specialist with more than 30 consecutive years of proven working experience in the field of health and development. With a high proficiency in project/program management, MEL, quantitative and qualitative research, and strategic planning.
Mandjo has managed several large health, HIV and Social Protection related programs/projects and has extensive experience of international donor regulations and systems such as the Global Funds, World Bank, USAID, AfDB, UNDP, UNAIDS, …
Moreover, he participated in several planning activities including strategic and operational planning, project development with different international organizations funded by high ranked international donors for years now. He also conducted many surveys and evaluation activities in public and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and malaria, and has provided consultancy in M&E projects in health. Additionally, he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HIV/AIDS response, reproductive health, and services to LGBTI people with a large experience in the health system in the DRC and African region.
Before joining international organizations, Jean-Lambert worked for the Congolese ministry of health where he led the national program of HIV/AIDS in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Jean-Lambert is Lecture at the Higher Institute of Medical Techniques of Kinshasa where he teaches in microbiology and HIV/AIDS.
