Over 30 years of international experience in Human Resource Development, and training and capacity building, including TVET and Labour Market strategies in Southern,( South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, and Eswatini) Eastern (Tanzania, Ethiopia and Kenya) and Western AFrica (The Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia). I have extensive TVET experience coupled with institutional capacity building and implementation with large public/private sector institutions including governments in Southern Africa. The focus has been linked to youth and and womens employment with an emphasis on aligning the labour market supply side training institutions with the demand side private sector skills requirements to achieve the right quality and quantity of skilled labour to create employment and alleviate poverty.
I also possess excellent organizational development skills and have worked at Minister and Permanant Secretary levels. I have excellent leadership and team building and communication skills and perform well in high pressure projects.
