Master’s degree in Economics

Over twenty years of work experience with INGOs and public and private sector

Proven work experience in external audit and internal audit, internal control assessment and risk management

Experience in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation for external audits and developing/implementing action plans. Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, GAS, CAS, FAR and OHADA regulations

Experience in developing and implementing finance processes, policies and templates and internal controls and ensuring compliance

Good knowledge in preparing and managing support/operations budgets and external proposal budgets (highest budget managed during a single FY $US 12,800,000)

Experience in Business development and proposal writing

Experience in procurement management and developing procurement plan (highest supplier’s contract procured and managed during a single FY $US 2,268,000)

Substantial experience with donor like World Bank, UN, USAID, EU, DGIS, DFID, etc.

Outstanding experience in staff recruitment, capacity building and supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint...) and ERP: SAP Business By Design, Tom2Pro, QuickBooks, Sage, General Ledger, Cedar, Grants Tracking System, Financial Ind. Tool, etc.

Fluency in English and French. Team player, problem solver and excellent communicator.
