Grace joined as Project Manager – Behavioral Science in February 2021 where she is responsible for setting up the behavioral science capabilities within Dalberg and in driving long term impact.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Grace worked with The Busara Center for Behavioral Economics as a Project Associate for two years. In this capacity, she was responsible for engaging with clients and end-users to identify the behavioural barriers and levers to uptake and retention of products and services, designing human-centred interventions to drive positive behaviour change and testing these interventions to access impact. She has worked with a wide range of clients in various sectors such as health, gender, financial inclusion and agriculture.
Grace holds a Master's degree in Economic Development and Policy Analysis from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from Strathmore University.
