Team Lead -Civil Engineer (transmission line) with more than 15 years of extended professional experience regarding Civil Engineering and Civil work, such as: Wind Farm,substations, distribution and transmission lines up to 750 kV, high and medium voltage cable, Structural engineering with the structural design and structural analysis in worldwide. Very deep understanding of EN, ASTM, ISO, DIN, BS standards. This includes studies and design, project management of multi- disciplinary projects, supervision of project implementation, international tender documents, elaboration and evaluation of bids, assistance during contract negotiations, follow up of contracts, local consultants’ and contractors’ organization, training, monitoring and control, project management and reporting, expenses and budget follow-up. Well familiar with the requirements of International Financing institutions like WB/IBRD, KFW, EBRD, ADB, EIB, AFD, EU. Very deep Understending FIDIC contracts Yello ,Red , and Silver Book 20017 and 1999 addition .
