• Technical lead on peacebuilding, community safety/human security. Development of programmes, proposals and budg- ets on security sector reform, community oversight mechanisms, localized conflict prevention, stabilization, dialogues
facilitation and community engagement
• Mainstreaming of conflict sensitivity and age, gender and diversity. Development of advocacy and policy pointers
• Capacity building of colleagues and partners, development of trainings, review of assessments and monitoring tools
• Gender-sensitive and participatory conflict analysis and integration of analytical insights into programmes
• Partner and donor networking/fundraising, engagement in sectors, coordination fora and with local Libyan authorities
• Co-lead/support to CwC/RCCE working group during COVID-19 pandemic
• Initiation of CwC response and adaptation of current and new activities in light of COVID-19
