To emerge a systematic road maintenance system together with a manual for Department of Rural Road Development, Ministry of Construction, responsibilities are to

• Carry out Questionnaire survey with villagers, and village administrators

• Provide trainings to DRRD MOC officials and village heads

• Work smoothly together with the relative team groups.

• Complete all services assigned by international consultants, international team leader or client.

• Cooperate proactively with relative International Team Leader & team, counterparts from client and also with local partner of the project

• Be Responsible to participate in the assigned and other relative work of the project by contributing and advising in relative deliverables.

• Act as coordinator among multi players of the project.

• Provide proper work plan before starting to carry out the given assignment. And this will

• To submit to the Local Partner and International Team Leader.

• To re-submit the updated, revised work plan if the plans are changed accordingly for proper management of the project.
