Especially in sustainable development, ecology, nature conservation, eco-tourism, livelihoods, community development, civil society, human rights, governance, social inclusion, environment, education, health and poverty reduction;

Highly experienced in participatory, capacity-building with government, non-government and civil society organisations for inclusive work with civil society, communities, refugees, minorities, children, family and community-based services;

Speaking 4+ languages;

Short-term, anywhere considered; long term roles preferably in UK, Serbia or rest of Europe and Middle East / Caucasus;

In-depth experience in the Balkans, Afghanistan as well as experience in Middle East / Caucasus and Africa.
