I'm Bedan Kuria, a 36-year-old professional with more than 13 years of experience. After many years of working in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, Administration, Training&Mentorship, and Procurement Departments and with people in a variety of professional settings, I am looking for an open position in one of the above disciplines.

In my various roles within the Warehousing and Logistic Departments, I have gained excellent experience in an operations capacity providing support and assistance to both a single department and multiple individuals throughout the organization. I have gained in-depth experience in implementing logistics systems, assets management, data management, research, report writing, developing presentations, drafting correspondence and customer service. I have a working knowledge in AFMIS, Army Stores, Citrix, Maximo and WMS. 

I have fully covered the Supply Chain function and I can comfortably work/resolve any customer issues and concerns, process pre & post shipments functions as required in the job advert. I have carefully gone through the duties and responsibilities for this position and I strongly believe I have what it takes to execute those functions.

Through this experience, I have also gained knowledge and skills in procurement, management, distribution of inputs, warehousing, sourcing out for new products, tracking inventory, budget management and managing supply. I work independently with little supervision. I have developed my skills as a resourceful problem-solver who uses his initiative and organizational skills to get the job done. I have the ability to coordinate and supervise operations, develop strategies and implement the same, service delivery, project and team management, planning, preparation, review and control of administration, and financial operations.

I would bring to your organization not only these mentioned skills, but also a positive, cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. I maintain calm under pressure and adapt to meet the unique needs of each organization. I am result oriented person, flexible and with a strong culture diversity.
