Esther L. Walgwe has over 15+ years combined strategic planning, program design, implementation and management experience working with US Government agencies, multilateral organizations and the non-governmental sector to address global health challenges. With a focus on acquiring resources to support the organizations mission she: (1) works closely with program teams on new business capture and proposal development as well as new business opportunities with public sector donors and foundations; and, (2) strategically positions and amplifies proven approaches to inform global health programming and policies. As a technical expert on sexual and reproductive health programming, Esther provides technical assistance and strategic guidance on program and policy development related to the sexual and reproductive health and rights; quality of care; social norms change; and increasing access to, and utilization of, health services among high-risk populations
