Key Projects:
M&A Project: Sourced a sell-side mandate of largest private Baltic transport/logistics company with EV > €150M, successfully engaged and worked in partnership with London-based investment bank. Identified and built robust relationships with key stakeholder groups and then organising meetings between investment bank partners and target company shareholders. Supported bank’s Managing Director, Partner and Associate Partner throughout lifecycle providing market data and insight to aid data-driven decision making. Co-developed target’s CIM as well as prepared a list of suitable buyers resulting in signing of NDA and setting stage for next phase of negotiations.
Biotech Project: Reporting to COO and shareholders to source funding and advise biotech start-up to fund their first product prototype development from EU funds. Included developing company presentation materials for science council working directly with representative from Ministry of Economics and Centre of Competence to oversee EU fund management to ensure thorough evaluation of project. Developed project roadmap from outlining budgetary requirements (€406K) through to prototyping and project close-out. Sourced trusted research partner to conduct scientific experiments, agreeing fee and negotiating timelines. Successfully brought in all project objectives ahead of projected 10-month lifecycle resulting in early delivery of working experimental equipment capable of producing 15t of organic fertiliser p/day worth €220 per tonne. Developed accurate valuation of all newly developed equipment valued at €1.1M, successfully sourcing potential buyer from Europe. Gained coverage across highly regarded journals within scientific community, including three scientific publications accepted by international conference MSAC and published by Trans Tech Publications in journal “Key Engineering Materials” indexed in Scopus, ISI Web of Science databases.
Real Estate Acquisition project: Sourced investment residential property in London for UHNWI with €1.5M budget. Successfully sourced property within 14 days securing a 10% reduction in asking price. Collaborated with network of real estate brokers, solicitor, banker, building surveyors to lead and close negotiations, overseeing process from inception through to contract sign. Achieved full occupation of property within three weeks of completion delivering an immediate 20% increase against target yield.
