Senior Manager, Global Human Resources ( Corus International, Washington, DC)

- Responsible for defining and managing benefit, entitlements per USAID/DSSR regulations for Expats/Third Country Nationals (International Professionals).

• Responsible for ensuring Expats/TCN’s have the required visas and authorization to travel/work in country of assignment.

• Developed new hire packages, managed on-boardings, allowances and international assignment letters (extensions, amendments, etc.).

• Mapped all current and planned international positions and worked with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop a recruitment strategy with a focus on those positions that have been historically difficult to fill.

• Participated annually in compensation and benefits surveys.
